Jim has over fifteen years experience servicing the project management, software, and  database needs throughout Maine.   Based in the Bangor area, Jim is a dedicated tech professional with Project Management and ITIL Foundations Certifications, plus a Master's Degree in Information Systems. He will help you determine your needs in the best software/hardware/database support that will help your operation with tracking, billing, and training.

 

Jim has also served as an adjunct professor at Husson University, teaching the important facets of Microsoft Office:  Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.  He's also been managing Outlook accounts for over a decade.
